Pinkfresh Studio Happy Heart/Life Right Now Collections Release Blog Hop

Hello all! Welcome to the PinkFresh studio Blog hop! This is so much fun. Today we are celebrating the release of the two brand new scrapbooking collections Happy Heart and Life Right Now! You can find all the new products I used below.

Both collections are stunning and it was hard to pick only one to work with but in the end I went with Happy Heart. The spring colours, florals and butterflies are right up my alley! Here is where you can find them (affiliate links at no extra cost t you, thank you for your support):

I love florals. I can't help it. I instinctively gravitate towards them when I create and I especially love to create clusters with them.

For this layout I really wanted to make the patterned papers shine. They are so beautiful that I felt they needed to be the star of this layout. I went with a sunburst design which I then stitched on a sheet of colour cardstock to then ruffle the edges. I then placed my photograph and clustered loads of ephemera either side of it.

I love the layering and texture it all create. There is some serious detail going on here and I love all the little pick-a-boos which can be found around.

I love how all the colours work beautifully together and the stitched patterned on the some of them remind me of the movie Encanto (no, no, I will not talk abut Bruno!) which mean, you couldn't be more on trend if you tried!

I really had fun creating this layout! But this is a hop so make sure you visit all the girls taking part. You should have come here from Dilay Nacar and you should next head over to Heather Hoffman.

Hello You Layout created with the Boho Baby Collection by Simple Stories

Hi everybody!

Yet again I am super excited to share with you a layout created with the super sweet “ BOHO BABY '' collection. This collection is just amazing. I love how it is super trendy all the while being perfect for your little ones. I am already planning on making a full album about Sophia's baby years with it!

To my surprise, I was inspired to create a layout full of tags. Tags are usually a hard one for me to use but somehow here it just came naturally. I created my six tags out of the 6x8 paper pad.

The way I went about creating my layout was different than usual. Normally I go about it with creating the overall layout look whereas here I first created each tag as if they were individual pieces.

The Bits and Pieces were perfect to create the layers. Each tag has a wording. They are either from the chipboards or they came from the sticker book and sticker sheet. There is so much choice in this collection and I love that it can be used for all types of experience that can be had with bringing a baby into the world.

Of course what really caught my eye were the rainbows and stars. How could it not?! The boho vibe is super cute but it also speaks to memories I have of Sophia as a baby. Her favourite song to go to sleep is still "Twinkle twinkle little star"!

Once my tags were completed, I placed them on my cardstock background. I decided to use the dotted side of the Colour Vibe sheet in White as it reminded me of Sophia's baby bedding. That type of little detail really makes a layout come together.

Even with such subtle and soft colours, the big and bold title doesn't feel out of place! I used the foam stickers to create it and I must say it really finished my page off nicely!

Creating this layout sent me down memory lane and my partner as well as Sophia really loved looking at it! You can find the products I used linked below.
